Squarefoot Flooring has proudly served Ontario for over 12 years, with a 10,000 sq. ft. showroom and two growing locations in Mississauga and Barrie. We specialize in high-quality **hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile flooring**.

We're looking for a **flooring-experienced, tech-savvy sales associate** who can confidently guide customers through material choices in person **and** comfortably operate a computer-based quoting, order, and product system.

**Who We’re Looking For**

You're not just a salesperson—you’re someone who:

- Feels **confident using computers** for order entry, quoting tools, and basic inventory systems
- Is **comfortable with customers** and knows how to listen, ask the right questions, and close the sale
- Can **multitask** and stay organized in a fast-paced retail environment

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet walk-in clients, listen to their needs, and guide them to the right flooring solutions
- Use our **digital quoting system** to prepare accurate estimates
- Update and manage customer and order data in our computer systems
- Handle calls, messages, and showroom appointments professionally
- Work with our team to manage in-store displays and help with online product listings
- Stay up-to-date on flooring trends, material specs, and installation basics

**QualificationsMust-Have**:

- **1+ year flooring sales or installation experience**:

- Comfortable with **computers, basic software, and learning new systems**:

- Excellent **English communication** and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, reliable, and professional appearance

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Familiarity with quoting tools, POS systems, or CRM software
- Experience with tile, LVP, hardwood, or underlayment products
- Ability to lift product samples and assist in light showroom tasks
