As a Sales Coordinator with Closets by Design, you will be putting your sales experience to the ultimate test You will work directly with our experienced Sales Management team, assisting in the coaching and support of Designers and playing a crucial role in closing sales calls. **JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist Designers in the completion of their daily tasks including change orders, sold paperwork, and reviewing unsold leads
- Assist the Sales Managers as needed with sales phone support, preparation for coaching calls, and Designer appointment reviews
- Utilize the internal communication database, Closets by Design Manager, to monitor and document the status of leads
- Conduct daily appointment reviews three days in advance to monitor the distance of appointments, the suitability of the assigned Designer, and to qualify priority projects on multi-design calls
- Monitor past Designer appointments using the Unsold Report to keep the Sales Manager apprised of any necessary customer follow-up calls
- Manage the showroom’s walk-in clients and Closets by Design house accounts
- Conduct price verification where needed and provide ongoing coaching and support to the Design team regarding pricing and/or technical questions
- Collect and input Designer schedules; work alongside the Sales Managers to conduct schedule reviews
- Assist the Sales Administrator as necessary
- Provide back-up support for the Booking Team; review the unassigned leads on a weekly basis and scheduling appointments where possible
- Follow up on the leads of Designers no longer employed with the Company to ensure all leads are serviced
- Strategize with the Sales Managers to create sales contests and incentives
- Maintain communication with the Designers regarding updates to their schedule, sales contests and incentives, and ongoing coaching and support

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A relevant College Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Sales Coordinator, or comparable, role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Previous management experience is considered an asset
