Masterchrome Co. Ltd. is currently looking to hire a Precision grinder with experience with OD AND OR ID Cylindrical Grinding, OR Manual Lathe Experience.

**What we are looking for**:
Currently are looking for a Grinder with all or some of the following assets, Live no more than 50KM away from our facility, can speak basic English or Spanish, and is able to operate MANUAL CYLINDRICAL GRINDERS, Or have Experienced on a Manual Lathe and are willing to learn Manual Cylindrical Grinder

We are also willing to train anyone with any prior Experience with Manual Lathes or anyone with 0 experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Grind high-quality components.
- Responsible for precision grinding.
- Inspects work visually and with appropriate measuring instruments.
- Ensures documentation and records are accurately maintained.
- Follows all policies and procedures as detailed in-process documents.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to measure in both Imperial and Metric systems of measurement.
- Have knowledge of machining methods, techniques, and related equipment.
- Knowledge of fits and tolerances.
- Grinding experience.
- Must be able to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Must have high attention to detail.
- Ability to safely operate a crane.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent.

**Salary**: $22.00-$30.00 per hour.
