_Manual Machinist_

**Duties**:

- Set up and operate manual machines such as lathes, mills, and grinders
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Use basic math skills to calculate dimensions and tolerances
- Program machines using CAD/CAM software
- Operate Mazatrol controls for CNC machines
- Fabricate and modify parts as needed
- Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manual machining
- Proficient in operating various manual machines such as lathes, mills, and grinders
- Strong understanding of machining principles and techniques
- Familiarity with Mazatrol controls for CNC machines
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Experience with CAD/CAM software for programming machines
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
- Welding experience is a plus

**Salary**: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
