Onkar Insurance is looking for a Full Time Administrative Sales Assistant. We are searching for a hard working, enthusiastic, professional who is looking for a career with a competitive salary PLUS commission and multiple bonus packages Punjabi/Hindi speaking an asset.
Job Duties:
- Answer and transfer inbound calls
- Greet and assist onsite clients and guests
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Maintain organized filing systems physical and electronic
- Perform other office tasks as needed
- Sales/Upselling
Qualifications/Skills:
- Previous experience in administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer Service experience an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Sales experience an asset.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $30,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
