**Administrative Assistant**

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct calls to appropriate person.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team and company executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors in the paper bag manufacturing industry.
- Actively seek new business opportunities and develop leads to generate sales growth.
- Contact prospective clients, make sales presentations, and negotiate contracts to secure new accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Assist in preparing and distributing sales-related documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records related to administrative and sales activities.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate product information, resolving complaints, and addressing any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Assist with financial tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders related to sales transactions.

Experience**:Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative or sales associate.**

**Education**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interactions and professional correspondence.
- Proficient in using office productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and experience in lead generation and business development.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify market trends and opportunities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with different departments and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
