As a key member of the delivery team, you will assist in coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring effective communication across teams and stakeholders. You’ll work closely with senior delivery managers, engineers, and clients to help ensure the smooth delivery of hardware and software initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the planning, scheduling, and tracking of project deliverables and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain project documentation including plans, status reports, and issue/risk logs.
- Assist in monitoring project KPIs and progress against milestones.
- Facilitate clear communication between technical teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Support resource planning, time tracking, and documentation processes.
- Help manage project dependencies, change requests, and reporting activities.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors or partners as needed.
- Provide administrative and logístical support to project and program managers.

**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination, project assistant, or similar role (internships count).
- Exposure to hardware/software projects or cross-functional delivery is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certification or coursework in project management (e.g., CAPM, Agile, or PMP training) is a plus.
