We at Polestar in Oakville, part of the Grand Touring Automobiles exclusive dealer group, are looking to build our team at our newest location. We are looking to hire a dependable Delivery Coordinator who would be responsible for managing all aspects of new car deliveries. The Delivery Coordinator would prepare the vehicle as per the customer requests, including ensuring all purchased options are installed and features are fully operational.
- Be in frequent contact with manufacturer and other vendors to ensure a smooth and timely delivery
- Develop collaborative relationships
- Strong team player who works with everyone to achieve dealership goals
- Maintain frequent contact with customers and sales reps
- Ensure all documentation/paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely fashion
- Before Delivery, ensure vehicles are equipped with correct options and all features are functioning
- Reviews and analyzes actions regularly to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively
- Develop and maintain full knowledge about the industry
- Keep up to date with products, accessories, prices and key features of major competitors as they compare to dealership products
- Stay up to date on the manufacturer training programs

**Specific Skills**:

- Past scheduling experience
- Past CRM system experience
- General knowledge of the automotive industry would be an asset
- Self-starter with the ability to motivate others
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude
- Excellent verbal communication
- Excellent organizational skills
- Organized with an attention to detail and the ability to pick out errors
- Flexible and open to change; has initiative to take on special tasks as needed
- Ability to solve difficult or complex problems

**Experience**:

- Scheduling: 3 years (preferred)
- Sales Co-ordinator: 2 years (preferred)
- Dealership: 1 year (preferred)
