**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling surfaces.
- Prepare concrete mixes by following precise instructions and using appropriate ratios of cement, sand, gravel, and water. Assist in pouring and spreading concrete on construction sites.
- Transport materials, equipment, and tools to and from work areas as required.
- Perform general labour duties such as carrying materials, cleaning work areas, and assisting other team members.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members.

**Requirements**:

- **Knowledge of Cement and Concrete**: Basic understanding of cement mixing ratios, curing processes, and concrete finishing techniques.
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous tasks in a construction setting.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Working At Heights
- Experience working in concrete construction or flooring installation.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
