We are an established team of senior consultants in the SAP eco system and SAP partners. Recently we have developed our own products which are ready to be launched. Test trials and deployments at 5-6 clients are currently in progress and we are poised to take off in the industry. All senior technical know how exists including an offshore very competent development center.
**We are seeking someone who**:
- Has experience in leading and developing start up teams
- Is a generalist though sales oriented and treats that as priority. We are at a stage where this is the most important critical activity to stream line
- Is a team player and a strong motivator of people
- Has deep experience of at least 10-12 years in B2B selling and can build a revenue model to drive business
- Prefer who has worked in the ERP industry esp in the world of SAP
- Does not hesitate to get his/her hands dirty and will even do cold calling if necessary
- Has vision while still able to run day to day operations smoothly
- Can own the P&L of this start up segment
- Prefer someone who has experience in the US market though not a deal breaker

**We require from you**:
- Committed and organized to keep close track of opportunities with the sales people
- Some Experience in pitching to investors and raising capital
- Some experience in working with technical teams though you will be helped here significantly by the existing team
- Have a complete and updated LinkedIn profile and verifiable references
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
