**Summary**

We are seeking a Plumbing Working Foreperson to join our team in Nunavut. In this pivotal role, you will oversee plumbing projects while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Your leadership will be crucial in driving our mission of providing reliable mechanical services that enhance project functionality and sustainability.
**Responsibilities**
**Supervise plumbing installations and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.**
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely completion of plumbing tasks.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to monitor progress and quality.
- Review blueprints and schematics to plan plumbing layouts effectively.
- Manage resources efficiently, including tools and materials for plumbing projects.
- Ensure accurate documentation of work completed for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with clients to address any concerns or modifications needed during the project.
- **Qualifications**

**Proven experience in plumbing installation and maintenance with supervisory responsibilities.**
- **Strong knowledge of construction management software and tools.**:

- Excellent understanding of blueprint reading and schematics.
- Familiarity with quality control processes in construction environments.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively for plumbing projects.
- Effective communication skills for team collaboration and client interaction.

Pay: $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 70 per week
