Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled MEP (Mechanical Plumbing and heating) Manager to oversee and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects.

**Duties**:

- Plan, organize, and direct MEP installation projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Supervise and manage a team of technicians and subcontractors
- Inspect work progress to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in plumbing and heating.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Experience in building, assembling, and maintaining mechanical systems
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as needed

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead MEP projects with a focus on quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.

Pay: $88,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
