Data Literacy Lead
Today, data literacy is as important as reading and writing, but we're facing a major skills gap. That's why Qlik is on a mission to help people and organizations understand, analyze and use data with confidence. Our industry-leading Data Literacy Program brings data and analytics training, learning, and research to individuals and organizations to improve decisions and establish a data literate culture.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
The Data Literacy Curriculum Lead will have the opportunity to scale Qlik’s data literacy program globally. This role has several critical responsibilities, requiring expertise and creativity:
- Deliver virtual and in-person training on data literacy topics to diverse learning communities, from front-line workers to executives, from data avoiders to data gurus
- Improve the existing online and instructor-led curriculum and lead the development of new courses and learning paths to meet emerging needs.
- Deliver train-the-trainer sessions to Qlik educators, partners, and customers.
- Participate in data literacy marketing, such as speaking engagements, blog posts, and more.
- Help build and expand the vision of Qlik’s Data Literacy Program.
Competencies and skills:
- Enthusiasm and passion for data, statistics, analytics, and learning, especially for learners new to data and analytics
- Ability and comfort in public speaking and classroom instruction
- Entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and desire to innovate
- Effective collaborate with other departments and colleagues
- Curriculum development expertise is preferred but not required
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
- This role had 30-35% travel
Education
Bachelor’s Degree, Master's Degree a plus
