Assistant to The Property Manager

As an Assistant to the Property Manager you will be providing support to the Property Manager and the operational team at Sunrex.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Creating leases and renewals for new tenants.
- Assisting the Property Manager in the operational aspects of operating buildings.
- Following up with resident, suppliers and resident managers to ensure that tasks are completed on time.
- Following up on Maintenance requests to ensure they are completed on time.
- Assist the property manager on rent collections.

Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Minimum 40 words per minute typing speed
- Police and Vulnerable Sector Check required before accepting conditional offer
- Self Motivated
- Excellent time-management skills
- Excellent Organizational skills
- Highly organized and team oriented
- Ability to deal with difficult people and situations in a calm and professional matter
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Have experience in reading and comprehending the Residential Tenancies Act (Manitoba)
- Ability to prepare, organize and maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems.
