Requirements*

  • Minimum of three years of experience in property management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven track record of managing condominiums and not-for-profit properties efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned properties
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs
  • Managing tenant/owner relations and addressing their concerns
  • Ensuring compliance with property regulations and standards
  • Budgeting and financial reporting
  • Attend monthly board meetings
