**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing intern to help with the growth of one of our subdivisions by the name of Y estates, which offers high end corporate rentals. This person will report directly to the Head of the Executive Assistant Team.

This role would involve being in the office 3-4 times per week. The office is located in Ville Saint-Laurent.

**What you will be doing**:
Source for potential businesses that could use the services offered.
Reach out, do prospective calls to create a pipeline of potential leads.
Create newsletters and marketing packages.
Manage and update the social media accounts.
Create and manage content for the website.
Network with different businesses in either the Montreal area or in Florida (Miami).
Supporting the team on different projects if needed..

**Requirements**:
Strong communication and writing skills in both English and French.
Familiarity with the marketing and real estate industries is an asset.
Experience with Wordpress is an asset.
Ability to prioritize tasks and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently.
Motivated, self-starter, detail-oriented and multi-tasker
Positive, friendly, can-do attitude and solutions-oriented.
