**Position Overview**
The Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of luxury high-rise condominiums, ensuring the seamless operation of both administrative and operational activities. This role demands a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to implement best practices, streamline processes, and foster excellence across multiple properties.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple high-rise condominium properties.
- Prepare, negotiate, and oversee contracts for building services (maintenance, security, ventilation, alarms, etc.).
- Coordinate and supervise repairs, maintenance programs, and renovation projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Maintain organized and comprehensive property documentation and records.
- Respond promptly to co-owner inquiries, resolving issues with a strong emphasis on customer service.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, board members, vendors, and contractors.
- Utilize property management software (such as Condo Web) to manage operations efficiently.
- Support senior management with process development and overall property performance.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of building equipment and common areas.
- Identify operational improvements and implement new systems to enhance building performance and service delivery.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in property management, ideally overseeing high-rise residential or condominium buildings.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and willingness to drive operational change.
- Proficiency with property management software; experience with Condo Manager is an asset.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, residents, and service providers.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is required
