Established in 1999, Empack Spraytech Inc. is a leading aerosol manufacturer, liquid filler, and custom contract packager. Located in Brampton, Empack manufactures products for a wide range of markets including personal care, household goods, automotive, computer care, industrial and outdoors. We offer private label programs and produce a range of products under our house brands that include emzone, zytec Germ Buster, and SunZone.

**Quality Control Coordinator**

**Morning Shift 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday to Friday**

**What you will do**:

- Provide Administrative functions for lab testing.
- Liaison between QC Chemists, QC Manager and QA Manager to ensure the test results and documentations are verified and complete.
- Fulfill documentation required for all required raw materials and Finished Goods batch package
- Obtain samples of raw materials as needed
- Focus is on administrative function, no chemistry involved in this role.
- Document and verify all required records per relevant Empack SOPs and analytical methods
- Document and / or verify other’s testing raw data, calculations, and results in laboratory notebooks
- Conduct or assist with regulatory and quality training, documentation, use of SOPs, analytical methods, and laboratory equipment.
- Coordinate all required internal and external testing, DIN, NHP and FDA production logs and summary copies for use in Validation/ Verification studies as well as ongoing Annual Product Reviews.
- Perform and submit all required external lab submission documentation, testing logs, and certificate of analysis from external test results.
- Work in collaboration with Procurement for the required raw material vendors’ Certificate of Analysis and internal Empack receiving records.

**What you will need to be successful**:

- Post-Secondary degree/diploma in science related discipline with preference in Chemistry
- GMP Manufacturing, Product Knowledge and GDP training an asset
- Experience in Quality lab functions, preferably consumer products GMP related Pharmaceutical or Personal Care Product manufacturing setting is an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
