**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure pharmaceutical products meet internal and external quality standards.
- Review and analyze laboratory results and production data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Perform routine audits of production facilities to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Maintain and update quality control documentation, including batch records, test results, and compliance reports.
- Troubleshoot any quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production and regulatory teams to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with product validation processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in a Quality Control role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory standards, and quality control procedures.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality control software.

Pay: $28.22-$31.90 per hour
