**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operates fork lift to unload pallets and heavier materials.
- Compare received parts with pack slip, and purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment and receive into ERP.
- Prepares shipment to include boxing materials, and labeling with appropriate shipping information; complete appropriate paperwork for both domestic and international shipments.
- Inspect deliveries visually for damage and notify supervisor of discrepancies.
- Requisition shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock.
- Process daily UPS incoming / outgoing packages and LTL freight.
- Work in inventory control, order picking, clerical or additional duties as required.

- Ability to work well under ever-changing priorities and situations.
- Must be a well organized, detailed individual
- Above average computer knowledge/experience (word, excel). Quick books experience is an asset
- Must be a good communicator and be able to work well in a team environment.
- Able to interpret written and verbal instructions.
- Have a passion for accurate, high quality workmanship and be a fast learner.
- Demonstrate an ability to take initiative and contribute to process improvement.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs. (from floor to shoulder level) required.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record.

**Education and Experience**
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Three years of shipping and receiving experience an asset
- International shipping an asset
- Knowledge of export compliance a plus.
- Training will be provided
