Savanna Drilling Canada is searching for a **Shipper/Receiver** to join our fast-paced team. Under the direction of the Manager, Supply Chain, the Shipper/Receiver will be responsible for shipping, receiving and recording the movement of materials, parts and supplies. This position is based out of our Leduc, AB office.

In business since 2001, Savanna Drilling offers an extensive fleet of modern drilling rigs and experienced personnel. From our extremely efficient and quick moving Hybrid and Top Drive Single (TDS) rigs to our Heavy and Ultra Heavy Doubles capable of drilling over 6000m (18,000ft) right up to our 1500HP Velox Triple rig platform with ratings of up to 750,000-pound hook loads, our fleet is capable of drilling virtually any onshore oil and natural gas well in the world safely and cost effectively. Savanna Drilling has operational bases in Canada, the United States, and Australia.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the shipping and receiving of all spare parts;
- Responsible for accurate record keeping of shipping and receiving documents;
- Responsible for the accurate record keeping of all Savanna supplies and parts inventory;
- Provide regular communication with Rig Managers on shipment of orders;
- Ensure shop tools are kept in good working condition and warehouse inventory/spare parts are stored in an organized manner;
- Local pickup and delivery tasks outside regular warehouse duties as required;
- Ensure the shop and yard is maintained in a clean and organized fashion.

**Qualifications and Required Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent;
- 4+ years related experience.
- Experience with drilling rig equipment and parts is an asset;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Providing service to others and working within a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
