**_ Position Overview_**:
- This position requires a strong bilingual communicator (English and French) who can navigate the complexities of supporting diverse teams across multiple regions._
**_ Key Responsibilities_**:
**_ Employee Support & Relations_**:
- _ Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees in Western Canada and Quebec, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs._
- _ Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive, productive work environment._
- _ Implement and maintain employee engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction, morale, and retention._
**_ Recruitment & Onboarding_**:
- _ Manage recruitment efforts for roles in the region, ensuring top talent is identified and onboarded effectively._
**_ Training & Development_**:
- _ Coordinate and execute training programs to support employee growth and operational needs._
- _ Facilitate performance management processes, including coaching, performance reviews, and development planning._
**_ Compliance & Administration_**:
- _ Ensure compliance with federal and provincial employment laws and company policies across the supported regions._
- _ Maintain accurate employee records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance._
- _ Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and legal requirements._
**_ Compensation & Benefits_**:
- _ Assist in managing regional compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and meet employee needs._
- _ Provide employees with guidance and support in understanding and utilizing their benefits._
**_ Qualifications_**
- _ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field._
- _ 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on hands-on execution and employee support._
- _ Bilingual (English and French) required._
- _ Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance in Western Canada and Quebec._
- _ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills._
- _ Proven ability to build trust and foster positive relationships with employees and leadership._
