**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, schedule, and monitor Autopart shipments to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to manage shipment priorities and expedite requests.
- Utilize logistics platforms including **Active Aero**, **Ryder LMS**, **RXO**, and **Active on Demand** to track and manage shipments.
- Liaise with OEMs such as **GM** and **Chrysler** to ensure compliance with delivery schedules and quality standards.
- Analyze shipment data to identify trends, delays, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all shipments and planning activities.
- Collaborate with dispatch and CSR teams to ensure smooth operational flow.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **3 years of experience** in Autopart shipment planning or logistics coordination.
- Strong working knowledge of **Active Aero**, **Ryder LMS**, **RXO**, **GM**, **Chrysler**, and **Active on Demand**.
- Experience with **expedite shipments** and time-sensitive logistics.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics software tools.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in cross-border logistics (Canada/US).
- Familiarity with lean supply chain practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

**Work Schedule**:

- Full-time
- Monday to Friday, with flexibility for urgent shipment planning

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Fleet Manager: 3 years (required)
- Planning Autopart Shipments: 3 years (required)
- Active Aero, Ryder LMS: 3 years (required)
- RXO, GM, Chrysler, and Active on Demand: 3 years (required)
