**Gamemaster/Adventure Coordinator - Create Unforgettable Escape Room Experiences**

**Location**: Calgary, AB

**Job Type**: Part-Time | Permanent
**Wage**: $15.00/hr + Tips (Average $15-$40/hr)
**Shifts**: Primarily evenings, weekends, and holidays

**About the Role**:
Escape60 is searching for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Calgary team as **Gamemasters**. In this role, you’ll do more than just monitor games — you’ll guide our guests through immersive escape room adventures, helping create unforgettable group experiences through storytelling, support, and energy.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives in interactive environments, enjoys solving puzzles, and knows how to keep the momentum and magic going for every group that walks through our doors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and brief guests with enthusiasm before they enter their escape experience
- Monitor multiple games simultaneously while maintaining an engaging presence through the intercom system
- Provide well-timed hints to keep players immersed and progressing
- Reset and prepare rooms to exact specifications between sessions
- Troubleshoot technical issues in real time and escalate when needed
- Ensure guest safety and rule compliance, including zero phone policy inside rooms
- Communicate clearly with teammates to keep the schedule running smoothly
- Deliver post-game debriefings and reinforce positive guest experiences
- Help maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of the venue

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Comfort with basic computer systems and game control software
- Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic environment

**Qualifications**:

- Previous customer service, theatre, or event hosting experience is an asset
- Must be available Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays (afternoons and evenings)
- AGLC ProServe certification is a plus, but not required at time of hire
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and work in-person in Calgary
