**RECEIVING TEAM LEAD**

**Shift-Full Time Monday-Friday 6:15am-3:30pm must be flexible pending on business needs**

**Responsibilities**
- **Receive retail, tuxedo and supplies coming into DC through shipments, containers, trailers etc. and notify the respective department supervisors/managers.**
- **Count cartons/sets and verify the actual count to Bill of Lading counts and sign off on the Bill of Ladings**
- **Note any shortages/overages in shipments on Bill of Ladings and to notify direct report immediately.**
- **Count cartons/sets/skids, sort, and stage POs, create dock forms and document all required paperwork.**
- **Coach and lead the receiving team to unload containers, trailers and to process retail using RF scanners and other tasks as needed**
- **Lead the team by setting expectations on rates and performance through effective communication.**
- **Responsible for offloading containers, trailers and all shipments arriving at the DC**

- **Ability to use a scanner**
- **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment**
- **Must be detail oriented in all aspects of all processes**

**Physical Requirements**

**Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently**

**Must be able to stand/bend/lift/reach/twist for 8+ hours**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cambridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Team Lead: 2 years (preferred)
- warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
- RECEIVING/Warehouse: 2 years (preferred)
