Program Assistant, Corporate Services Division - (1 part-time)

The Middlesex-London Health Unit has an exciting opportunity for 1 part-time Program Assistant to work on the Corporate Services division at the Citi Plaza location, London Ontario.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**: Reporting to the Manager, Privacy, Risk and Client Relations (PRCR),
- Provide administrative support for the PR&CR team and Manager.
- Provide administrative support and back up coverage for all other administrative roles within the Privacy, Risk and Clients Relations team;
- Assist in planning conferences, booking meetings and making travel arrangements;
- Run routine reports, prepare statistical reports, file documents and perform other record keeping;
- Manage mail and faxes;
- Maintaining, filing and retention of client files;
- Attend team meeting and take minutes as required; and,
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Post-secondary program in administrative studies of at least one year.
- Knowledge and experience in, Privacy, Client Relations, and/or Patient Relations would be considered an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to enter data with a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Professional demeanor with proven customer service skills, a resourceful attitude, effective communication skills, and strong discretion to deal with sensitive and/or confidential information.
- Exceptional organization skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities/inquiries/requests to perform independently and effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Skills and Knowledge to work with an increasingly diverse population, has knowledge of health & inequities.
- Communication proficiency (written and verbal) in French and/or any other languages is highly desirable.

The Hourly wage for this position ranges from $23.92 to $29.90 based on qualifications and experience.
