Assante Wealth Management is a well-established firm providing exceptional and trusted wealth planning advice to discerning clients. The Client Relations/Office Manager is a key member of the team who will provide outstanding support to clients. They will also oversee administrative support while ensuring the office runs smoothly.

**Our Ask**:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar client relations and/or office role
- 2 years of experience in the financial services or related industry
- Completed courses in the financial industry are considered an asset.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage advisors’ calendars and scheduling all client meetings
- Communicate meeting details to those involved
- Prepare paperwork and processing of account opening, executing trades, transfers, and follow up on execution
- Collaborate with advisory team to maintain dynamic, relevant processes
- Will monitor the compliance process while ensuring all standards are met
- Answering phones and providing outstanding customer service
- Client Service Calls - follow up with clients to abreast of any changes personally and financially
- Greet clients
- Organize workshops/events
- Communicate with clients & other professionals such as lawyers and accountants
- Perform other duties as needed
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, privacy, and integrity at all times
