**LOCATION**:9346 193 St, Surrey, BC V4N 4E8

**SHIFT SCHEDULE**:Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, Full Time

**HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Act as the face of our company, welcoming pet parents and other site visitors
- Create and present financial estimates and bills, as well as handle payments and refunds
- May assist in setting up visitations, presenting aftercare options (including urns and memorial items), and memorial item pick ups
- Ensure client facing areas are clean and tidy

- You don’t mind a fast-paced environment and can execute tasks accurately

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- An office setting, working at a desk using phones and computers
- Frequent bending and lifting, (20lb minimum weight)
- Overtime and weekend work may be available during busier times
- You may occasionally handle deceased pets
