**About the opportunity**:
**This is a contract position for 12 months. This is a completely remote position.**
**What you'll be doing**:
- Administer the Ting Salesforce and ServiceMax environments including user creation and management and updating profile and object security settings as needed.
- Advise and assist in identifying and implementing process and configuration updates to improve platform performance and end user experience.
- Create and manage both simple and complex Salesforce reports and dashboards showing key business metrics.
- Update Salesforce and ServiceMax configuration based on design requirements.
- Perform regression testing for all regular Salesforce and ServiceMax software updates in production and sandbox environments.
- Troubleshoot problems identified by end users and other internal customers.
- Become an expert on all Ting field service software platforms.
- Liaison with internal software development teams to maintain alignment in systems and processes.
- Act as a positive change agent for the organization.
- Create and maintain software documentation.
- Regularly attend all scheduled and required meetings.
- Domestic and International travel as needed up to 10%.
**What you'll bring**:
- Bachelor's degree, IT Certification, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Salesforce Lightning administration experience preferred.
- Experience compiling succinct and meaningful reports in support of business objectives.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator is desired.
- ServiceMax Admin Certification a plus.
- Workflow, Processbuilder, Flows, and Apex experience a plus.
- Fiber Optic or telecom experience a plus.
- Growth mindset - Must be driven to grow and succeed professionally.
