We’re on the hunt for a Salesforce Admin with a can-do attitude, who is excited about the prospect of joining a fast-paced environment at one of Toronto’s high-growth startups. At HiMama, we’re on a mission to empower Early Childhood Educators and influence learning outcomes for children aged zero to five. We believe in owning positive change, and our new Salesforce Admin will be instrumental in supporting the operational backbone of that mission.

Revenue Operations at HiMama: *
RevOps at HiMama is a centralized operations team supporting our entire go-to-market org, from Marketing to Sales to Customer Success. We own the technology, processes, and data that drive efficiencies across the entire customer journey, with Salesforce at the heart of everything. The team is stacked with technical, hardworking ops managers who know their way around systems, which means that as the Salesforce admin, you can focus on tough and interesting challenges (you won’t be stuck building new fields and reports), like overarching data infrastructure and systems integrations.

The Salesforce Administrator Role: *
You know how to build best-in-class business processes and support systems. As the primary owner of HiMama’s Salesforce instance, you will be responsible for the design and development of workflows, processes and integrations; managing the Salesforce development planning and release processes; and taking ownership of all related documentation and implementation across the business. The thought of solving new challenges in a fast-paced environment is exciting to you, and while you’re great at working independently, you also thrive in a team environment. By working with us, you will be contributing to improving the learning outcomes of millions of children in Canada, the U.S. and abroad.
**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
- Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions, including functional requirements, building, maintenance, and support (examples of upcoming projects include feature request tracking in SFDC, renewals objects and workflows, and more)
- Perform data migrations
- Manage users, profiles, and permission sets
- Manage, build and maintain workflows and processes (primarily leveraging Flows)
- Lead the charge on our migration from Classic to Lightning
- Manage integrations, as well as oversight of various other systems (our instance is integrated with Salesloft, Marketo, Gainsight, Zuora and our app)
- Recommend and implement process and policy improvements
- Manage updates and upgrades to Salesforce infrastructure
- Work with partners around the business to solve problems and implement effective solutions
- Oversee iteration, management and development of ServiceCloud
**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (SKILLS)**
- Experience managing Salesforce platform configurations, customizations, enhancements and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce technical and functional capabilities, as well as best practices in Salesforce configuration
- Exceptional written, and oral communication skills; good interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Highly attentive to detail
- A strong business acumen with good understanding of typical SaaS business processes and best practises

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited University
- 2+ years of Salesforce admin experience, preferably in a SaaS business
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
