**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- ** Plan for What Doesn’t Exist (Yet)**
- Collaborate on facility layout, capacity planning, and equipment selection with engineering and construction partners
- Anticipate future production challenges and build scalable systems from day one
- Define process controls, staffing models, and commissioning plans with clarity and precision
- ** Build a High-Trust, High-Output Team**
- Hire, train, and coach the operations team with a focus on safety, quality, and accountability
- Establish routines and rhythms that keep production teams aligned, engaged, and performing
- Create a strong culture of ownership, problem solving, and continuous learning
- ** Run a Clean, Lean, Compliant Plant**
- Develop and execute production schedules that meet customer needs and regulatory standards
- Lead quality, safety, and maintenance systems that prevent issues before they start
- Use lean principles to drive continuous improvement — and keep operations within budget
- ** Track What Matters, Fix What Doesn’t**
- Monitor KPIs and performance trends to identify gaps and course-correct early
- Lead cost control, downtime reduction, and root-cause analysis with confidence
- Communicate clearly across functions — from front-line teams to the boardroom

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
- 5-10 years in food manufacturing, ideally with experience managing tower or spray dryer operations
- Proven track record leading production teams in a regulated, fast-moving environment
- Strong communication and decision-making skills — even under pressure
- Bonus: You’ve commissioned a new facility or led through a major operational start-up
