Investing years into R&D to create the safest containment system in the world and taking on the industry status quo to petition for higher standards in sharps protection, we witnessed an 80+ percent reduction in disposal-related needlestick injuries nationwide. And then we kept going...

We are looking to hire a person to help in our operations, internally we call the position a Washsmart Associate. The wash smart associate is a production associate on site at the medical waste treatment facility that is running our automated wash smart system. Our Washsmart system mechanically opens our medical waste collectors and the associate manages the sanitation process ensuring they are quality inspected, buffed and re-purposed for our healthcare customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manual handling and labor related activities
- Operating machinery
- Managing a 10-point quality inspection of emptied medical collectors for re-use
- Setting aside malfunctioned collectors
- Reporting any damages
- Managing inventory per manifests for delivery drivers
- Troubleshooting the wash line
- Being crossed trained to manage our autoclave for waste disposal
- Adhering to safety codes and conduct

- Just a can-do attitude who is committed to the schedule, has previous experience in a labor-intensive job who we can rely on and ascend to become one of the leaders of our production team.
