This is a full-time position (30-40h/week) including weekends and holidays. Work hour is shift based between 8am - 11pm.
Work locations will be in Downtown Vancouver.
**Responsibilities;**
- Maintain a clean kitchen area
- Cook broth with special house recipe
- Prepare and cook individual ramen noodles and other Japanese side dishes
- Maintain daily inventory
- Store ingredients and food items according to food safety standards
**Skills;**
- Required Languages: Proficient in English and Japanese
- Must be able to carry items weighing around 20-30 kg
- Strong organization and communication skills
**Work Experience;**
Experience as a cook or a Kitchen hand is an asset
Experience/ knowledge in Japanese cuisine is an asset
**Education;**
Highschool diploma
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $17.40 per hour
