**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Meal preparation by chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and assembling and preparing dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all food items are handled properly and stored correctly.
- Support the cooking staff by providing necessary supplies and ingredients during service hours.
- Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages to management.
- Participate in cleaning tasks at the end of shifts to ensure a hygienic work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

**Skills**
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food service industry.
- Experience in meal preparation or food handling is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen.
- Basic understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively during busy periods.
