**Overview**

MUST BE LOCAL AND LIVE IN VANCOUVER CANADA.

**Duties**
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Bus tables and assist with serving during events or busy meal periods.
- Support banquet operations by setting up and breaking down dining areas as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by sweeping floors, taking out trash, and ensuring all surfaces are sanitized.
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service times.
- Follow all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Experience in bussing tables, catering services, or banquet operations is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
