The** Traditional Marketing **Specialist** will be responsible for developing and executing the overall traditional marketing strategy for the Andrew Sheret Limited and Splashes Bath & Kitchen brands. This will include creating scripts for radio and collaborating with our creative team to develop print ads, signage, billboards, and more.

The person for this job will play a key role in our marketing team by creating and maintaining streamlined communication with sales reps through our various advertising mediums and organizing monthly and quarterly campaigns featuring our various brand partners.

This position requires a highly organized person with the ability to conceptualize, strategize, and communicate effectively while managing multiple projects with various deadlines.

Our team is growing quickly, and this role may expand into managing a small team in the future. In its current state, it is highly collaborative with the Marketing Manager and the Creative Team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of best performing traditional marketing channels, such as Radio, Print, Billboards, Signage, Swag, and Events.
- Develop and execute the traditional marketing strategy for both of our brands: Andrew Sheret Limited and Splashes Bath & Kitchen.
- Develop relationships with our various sales reps and maintain open communication with them.
- Communicate design needs for various platforms to the Creative Team.
- Work closely with the marketing team to assess brand strategies and implement across our traditional platforms
- Track impressions and ROI by creating monthly reports to be presented to management.
- Coordinate the traditional aspects of the monthly flyer program.
- Coordinate with Branch Managers to ensure signage and print materials properly represent our brand and are consistent across our branches.

**Essential Qualifications**
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to perceive and present information analytically and creatively, to all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized and excellent project management skills
- Proven skills or applicable certifications in Direct to Customer or Business to Business marketing.
- Ability to travel
- Ability to lift and move boxes etc
- Must reside in the Greater Victoria Area, BC, or be willing to relocate to the Greater Victoria Area before starting the role.
