**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Deter all criminal activity, looking for suspicious behaviours and unattended items using CCTV.
- Carefully examine and interpret significant data to form logical and valuable conclusions
- Writing detailed, accurate reports (written or electronic) as required for suspicious behaviours and security incidents.
- Requesting assistance of Police and other federal law enforcement as required.
- Investigating incidents and collective accurate and detailed information
- Operate and effectively monitor CCTV and alarm monitoring systems
- Dispatching of Security personnel for all alarms, complex access, suspicious activities, security incidents, tasks, etc.
- Prioritizing calls for service by obtaining accurate & relevant information through questioning
- Coordination of Emergency Response
- Determining operational needs for responding Security personnel and provide appropriate direction/information for call response
- Consistent exposure to work environment that has continuous distractions and a high level of activity and noise
- Ensuring compliance with site policies and procedures
- Effectively determine occurrences/activities out of the norm, continue high level monitoring to determine of field response is required
- Exposure to high stress and prolonged sitting, talking, keyboarding, radio transmissions and telephone calls
- Responding according to policy and appropriately dealing with suspicious activities and behaviours, unattended items, and vehicles.
- Knowledge of Municipal Law, Provincial/Territorial and Federal Law
- Utilizing quick decision-making skills, and sound judgement acting in accordance with site security policy and procedures, as well as federal, provincial, and municipal law.
- Engaging in professional radio operations procedures, keeping Security Agents and Supervisors informed of all pertinent incidents and activities according to department policy.
- May be required to act as Field Training Agent, training new members of the team in policy/procedures and field activity.
- Always providing outstanding internal and external customer service.
- Other duties as required.

**Requirements**:
- Age
- Minimum of 18 years
- Able to pass a Drug and Alcohol Test (Pre-Screening)
- Possesses a Class 5 (Non-novice) Driver’s License, will be required to provide 5-year Drivers Abstract (Upon Hiring)
- Of Good Character, who acts in lawful ethical matter
- Strong communication skills (speaking, writing, and reading) understanding of the English Language.
- Physically Fit: Fit for Duty, able to lift 80lbs
**Criminal Records Check**
- No unpardoned criminal convictions
- No criminal charges pending before the courts
- No criminal activity within the last three years (detected and undetected)
**Education/Training**:
- Certificate from a Saskatchewan Justice approved Security Guard Training Course (preferred)
- Grade 12 Education Completion or GED equivalent (preferred)
- Understanding of Criminal Justice or Criminology
**Skills**:
- Work harmoniously within a team environment and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to comprehend and produce reports.
- Proficient WPM skills, strong experience with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of basic computer programs and aptitude to learn new software systems

- Must be proficient in the English Language, both verbal and written, as well as demonstrated ability to write legibly.

**Assets/Desired Qualifications**:
