**Business Analyst **in the Supply Chain Planning team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the flow of products through our global supply chain.

**Why We Need You**:
On the Supply Chain team, your primary objective is to execute and improve reporting on weekly, monthly, and quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as reporting for monthly sales and operations planning and open-to-buy through data gathering, cleaning, modeling, and evaluation.

**About our Team**

The Supply Chain planning team is currently at around 15 team members and growing. As a business analyst, you will be reporting to the Projects & CI Manager. We are also a very collaborative team that works closely together in tackling issues and implementing solutions to relentlessly pursue remarkably better You will need to be flexible and work in the office 3 days a week minimum.

**What You'll Do**:

- Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting including tracking the departmental KPIs, and analyzing data to recommend updates to lead times, and safety stock levels.
- Prepare reporting for monthly Sales & Operations Planning and Open-to-Buy through data gathering, cleaning, modeling, and evaluation with stakeholders.
- Support planning team's analytical needs, addressing both ad hoc requests and larger analytical projects.
- Execute sales promo modeling, focusing on product selection and discount setting for upcoming promotional sales events.
- Continuously improve processes within existing reporting structures, Sales & Operations Planning, Open-to-Buy, and Sales promo planning emphasizing streamlining and documentation of recurring reporting.
- Proactively analyze, interpret, and communicate actionable insights from trends in KPIs, demand forecasts, historical sales, inventory, and purchase order data to improve fill rate and inventory turns KPIs.
- Migrate datasets and reporting from Periscope to Tableau.
- Collaborate on writing internal investment briefs for new initiatives.
- Collaborating with other departments (including Category Management, Sourcing, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Inbound Logistics, Warehousing, and Fulfillment) to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction for Article products.

**Who You Are**:

- Proven experience (3 years) as a Business Analyst in a supply chain planning or related role.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**_ Preferred education and experience_**
- Proven experience (5 years) as a Business Analyst in a supply chain planning role.
- Experience with S&OP and OTB processes.

**_ Required Skills:_**
- Critical thinking skills focused on adaptable problem-solving in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Develop datasets and create visualizations using BI tools, preferably in Tableau and Sisense/Periscope.
- Advanced proficiency in writing SQL queries for generating reports.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Ability to influence others to get the results needed to move a project forward.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Legally able to work in Canada.
- Completion of criminal background check.
