6-month contract Business Analyst role working to ensure the accuracy of global inventory systems for a local retail organization.

What & Why:

Due to new technology implementations, our client is looking to add a Business Analyst to their team. In this role you'll support the team by helping evolve and optimize the Oracle-based merchandising, pricing, sales, and inventory systems. You'll partner closely with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to design scalable solutions across the Oracle MOM and RTG suite (RMS, RPM, ReSA, RIB). Key responsibilities include analyzing and documenting system requirements, contributing to the technical roadmap, ensuring solution alignment with architecture standards, and supporting integrations between Oracle platforms and other enterprise systems. candidates have several years of hands-on experience with Oracle Retail technologies, strong data and integration knowledge, and a systems-thinking mindset to drive improvements across lululemon's global retail ecosystem.

They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have an in person work arrangement with 4 days a week in office.

You:

You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

  • 7+ years of deep experience with Oracle technologies with specific knowledge and implementation of Oracle Retail (RMS, RPM, ReSA, RIB, RSE);
  • 4+ years of extensive experience in integrating packaged solutions using message based, service based and batch architectures.
  • Experience with AWS or OCI will be preferred.
  • Expertise in developing micro-service and service-based architecture in global environments.
  • Oracle Performance tuning expertise will be an added advantage.

Compensation:

This role pays between $70-80 per hour.
