As we are currently building a new CDMO facility in Mississauga, Ontario, we are looking for a Technical Writer to support this exciting expansion.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain SOPs, batch records, validation protocols, and other technical documents.
- Update existing standard operating procedures (SOPs), specifications, control forms etc. according to regulatory guidelines.
- Draft product development report, method development report and other related dossier.
- Assist in improving or creating templates as needed.
- Ensure documentation aligns with FDA and Health Canada guidelines, as well as GMP regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for other departments and team members for matters related to documentation.
- Manage the lifecycle of documents from creation to revision and final approval.
- Support staff training on new or updated documentation, emphasizing regulatory compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Formal training in a Technical Writing course or program is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years experience writing technical documents, SOPS, and batch records
- Experience in a pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing environment would be an asset.
- Profound knowledge of FDA and Health Canada regulatory requirements and guidelines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
