What You’ll Do-
- Create technical content such as online help, knowledge base articles and process documentation-
- Gain expertise installing, operating, and maintaining SOTI products Evaluate the documentation needs for all SOTI products by researching, estimating, planning, and tracking documentation projects-
- Work directly with Senior Technical Writers to collaborate and influence outputs-
- Follow SOTI technical style guide and process procedures-
- Manage intake requests, quality check outputs and test online channels for user experienceExperience You’ll Bring:- 5+ years’ experience in technical writing, or a similar discipline with proven results-
- Strong technical aptitude is a requirement. For example; software/programming environments, IT Management, SaaS, Mobile Apps, Telecommunications-
- Knowledge of DITA, Oxygen XML Editor, and GIT are assets-
- Ability to express complex information in a clear and concise manner-
- Comfortable with global remote team working environments, and global cross team collaboration-
- Experience working in Agile-Scrum software development methodology is an asset-
- Experience in mobile, Cloud, client-server is an asset-
- Knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Management or Mobile Device Management-
- A self-starter with the ability to take direction well and a willingness to participateAbout SOTI
