You will work within the wholesale team but will have the opportunity to collaborate with various departments (DC, import/production, retail). If this sounds exciting to you, we’d love to hear from you What You’ll Do: - Set up systems, line sheets and samples for seasonal markets - Communicate cancelled styles and changes to sales team - Manage in-season inventory on a weekly basis - Work with DC for order releases - Managing return authorizations - Submitting all buys to Corporate office on time and with precision - Create selling reports -monthly and quarterly - Work with Import and production departments to ensure timely arrival of product - Maintain showrooms daily and assist in market set up - Working cross-functionally with Retail/Wholesale divisions - Respond to customer service issues and inquiries. - Support management with sales and day-to-day requests, such as processing purchase orders, opening of sales and customer files, etc. - Attend and prepare client meetings and take meeting notes You’ll Need to Have: - 2-3 years of pertinent experience fashion retail and wholesale management - Experience working with major customers an asset - Detail oriented, ability to multi-task effectively - Strong organizational and communication skills - Proficient in excel and outlook - Bilingual in English & French We’d Love to See: - The ability to think strategically, drive results and build a high-performance organization - Entrepreneurial, out of the box thinker - Experience working with major customers an asset MK Perks: - Generous Holiday Schedule and Vacation Days - Internal mobility across Capri Brands (Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo, Versace) - Cross-brand Discount - Exclusive Employee Sales - Free On-site parking and coffee - Accommodations for applicants, including applicants with disabilities, are available in all aspects of the Company’s selection and recruitment process, upon request. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement au rythme rapide où une personne motivée avec une attitude positive s'épanouira. Vous travaillerez au sein de l'équipe vente en gros mais aurez l'opportunité de collaborer avec différents départements (DC, import/production, vente au détail). Si cela vous semble agréable, nous aimerions avoir de vos nouvelles Ce que vous ferez: - Mettre en place des systèmes, des feuilles de ligne et des échantillons pour les marchés saisonniers - Communiquer les styles annulés et les modifications à l'équipe de vente - Gérer l'inventaire en saison sur une base hebdomadaire - Travailler avec DC pour les lancements de commandes - Gérer les autorisations de retour - Soumettre tous les achats au siège social à temps et avec précision - Créer des rapports de vente - mensuels et trimestriels - Collaborer avec les départements d'importation et de production pour assurer l'arrivée en temps opportun du produit - Entretenir quotidiennement les salles d'exposition et aider à la mise en place du marché - Collaborer de manière interfonctionnelle avec les divisions de détail/vente en gros - Gérer les autorisations de retour - Répondre aux problèmes et demandes de renseignements du service à la clientèle - Apporter un soutien à la direction en ce qui concerne les ventes et les demandes quotidiennes, telles que le traitement des bons de commande, l'ouverture des dossiers des ventes et des clients, etc. - Participer et préparer les réunions avec les clients et prendre des notes de réunion. Vous devrez avoir: - 2 à 3 ans d'expérience pertinente en gestion de vente au détail et en gros de mode - Souci du détail, capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches efficacement - Solides compétences organisationnelles et de communication - Maîtrise d'Excel et d'Outlook - Parfaitement bilingue en anglais et français Nous aimerons voir: - La capacité de penser stratégiquement, d'obtenir des résultats et de bâtir une organisation performante - Esprit d'entreprise, penseur prêt à l'emploi - Expérienc
