**_Core Responsibilities_**
- Receive, process, and verify the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the organizations’ internal software system
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution
- Co-ordinate the handling of difficult and unusual situations
- Coordinating communication between customers and vendors as required
- Coordinating transport logistics and ensuring transport costs are on track as budgeted
- Assisting with general office administration as required.

**_Job Terms_**
- Probationary Period: 3-months
- Work Location: Horner Avenue, Etobicoke, ON
- Shift Requirement: Day shift, must be flexible to fit in different shifts according to business requirement including Saturday or Sundays.
- Compensation: $42,000 to $45,000 per year.
**_What you should have_**
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
- Foodservice industry knowledge, experience in produce sector is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
**Work Experience**:
- Sales & Customer Service: 1 Year
- Office and Administrative Experience: 1 Year
- Post Secondary Education Preferred
**Skills and Knowledge**:
- Must 1 year working in production
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to work independently.
- Intermediate computer skills required.
- Ability to take initiative to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work cohesively with a team.
- Ability to exercise discretion and tact in sensitive situations, using good judgement when responding to issues or requests.
