**Position: Clinic Manager**
**Location**: 8 Centre Street, Markham, Ontario
**Employment Type**: Hours depend on the right fit - can be full-time or part-time
**Start Date**: December 2025

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide friendly and professional patient care, from initial contact to follow-up
- Manage daily scheduling and appointment coordination with attention to flow and efficiency
- Support dispensary inventory and supply management to ensure the clinic is always well-stocked
- Support the clinic’s naturopathic practitioners in delivering exceptional service

**Who You Are**:

- Experienced in healthcare administration or office management (naturopathic or wellness setting a plus)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple responsibilities
- Warm, empathetic, and patient-focused
- Tech-savvy with comfort using scheduling software, EMRs, and accounting tools
- Passionate about natural medicine and aligned with our clinic’s mission and values
