To add to this expertise, **we are recruiting for a**Talent Acquisition Specialist** for our Winnipeg office location, to join our collaborative and team focused organization.**

As a** Talent Acquisition Specialist,** you are responsible for leading the** full-cycle recruitment process for both hourly and salaried roles**. In this position, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and your HR team to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies that help us identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent.

This role requires someone who is **self-driven**, able to work **independently**, and take initiative beyond the basic expectations of the role. You’ll need to thrive in an environment where priorities can shift quickly, demonstrating flexibility in response to the natural ebbs and flows of construction projects.

**Position Overview**:

- Manage the **full-cycle recruitment**process, including resume review, screening, interviewing, and influencing hiring decisions based on behavioral and organizational fit.
- **Collaborate closely with hiring managers**to define recruitment needs and develop strategic workforce plans aligned to business priorities.
- **Partner with HR** to manage the onboarding process and support a seamless transition for new hires.
- **Manage relationships** with third-party search firms, post-secondary institutions, and external partners, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.

**Qualifications Needed**:

- **Post-secondary education** in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Minimum 3 years' progressive experience** in full-cycle recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategy development.
- **Proficiency in MS office** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proven ability to **manage multiple open requisitions** and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Exceptional **written and verbal communication skills**, with strong documentation abilities.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian **employment legislation.**:

- Energetic, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement in recruitment practices.
- Proven track record of **taking initiative** and **ownership** of results.
- **Ability to travel** to attend career fairs and other Company/recruitment events.
