HR Coordinator, Talent

**Education and Experience**
- College diploma/certificate in related field or equivalent working experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in a Human Resources Administrative role or similar
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Work with the recruitment and mobilization team and/or execute the following duties and functions:
- Translate our current HR practices and processes into an integrated talent management strategy to deliver a comprehensive HR service in line with company culture and objectives which includes:
- Complete full cycle recruitment and mobilization
- Coordinate Apprenticeship Program
- Coordinate Employee Referral and Employee Transfer Programs
- Administer Redpath’s Talent Management software and related improvements (HRIS / ATS)
- Work with resourcing and recruiting vendors
- Manage Redpath’s Co-op and Intern programs, including on-campus programs
- Support new domestic projects through career fairs, recruiting launches and other markets and talent attraction initiatives.
**Knowledge Required**
- Knowledgeable with regards to best HR practices and employment laws / legislation
- Solid communication and aptitude for developing leadership skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines, and targets
- High level of attention to detail
- Effective and creative problem solver
- Strong analytical skills, creative, forward thinker
- Ability to seek out talent solutions that focus on solid HR operational recommendations to the business.
- Bilingual an asset
