**Some of what you will do**

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, AP & Cash App, the Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation of the AP Trade team by ensuring that PO & RTV variances are reviewed daily, and vendor reconciliations are completed as schedule while adhering to standard processes, procedures, and policies.The Supervisor is responsible for Vendor master file maintenance, monitor and reconcile daily/weekly interface files, weekly and ad-hoc disbursement processes, maintain procedural manuals, manage escalations of issues, training, and performance feedback of Analysts. The Supervisor will work closely with our Merchandising, Digital and IT team to address system or vendor related issues. Lead and/or participant as SME on vendor calls and cross-functional projects.

**Specifically, You Will**
- Vendor master file maintenance
- Monitor and Reconcile Interface files
- Manage weekly and ad-hoc disbursement process
- Monitor daily Analyst’s activities (PO, RTV variances, invoice processing JEs, DR/CR Requests) to ensure they are completed in a time manner
- Review all vendor reconciliations for completeness and ensure they are completed as scheduled
- Monthly status reporting of AP volume
- Manage Period close reports to ensure issues are resolved per G&O
- Support Audit requests when required
- Point of escalation for system/vendor issues
- Provide backup coverage for AP Analysts and/or AP Expense Supervisor as required
- Identify PI opportunities
- Maintain all procedural manuals to ensure it reflects current state
- Lead and/or participant as SME on vendor calls and cross-functional projects
- Review vendor assignments annually and re-balance Analyst’s workload as required
- Manage, train, and develop new and existing Analysts
- Prepare and deliver performance feedback on a regular basis
- Participate in the recruiting process of new Analysts
- Provide backup coverage for Sr. Manager, AP & Cash App as required

**Some of what you need**
- University degree with a focus in accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years of AP Supervisory experience
- Experience with JDA and Oracle is an asset
- Strong payables understanding of the tax regulations for all provinces in Canada, and knowledge of withholding tax and cross border brokerage regulation
- Proficient in Microsoft office - Excel, Word & Outlook - Intermediate to Advance level
- Strong attention to details
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical and resourceful
- Proactive and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Ability to manager competing priorities accordingly
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Experience working with large volume in a mid to large organization with national presence
