**The Role**:
As a Sales Coordinator you will be a key player in showcasing the excitement of Bar Hop (BH) tours in Whistler Your role will involve proactively connecting with prospective customers, highlighting the unique benefits of our tours, and igniting their enthusiasm to join us for an unforgettable experience. Your knack for effective communication will be crucial as you guide customers through the sales process with confidence and professionalism. Collaborating closely with the BH team, you'll ensure every tour is a resounding success, while delivering top-notch customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-person sales interactions with guests at our physical locations for upcoming events.
- Showcase our products and experiences to guests, delivering comprehensive information to effectively close sales (pitching/closing).
- Foster strong rapport with guests to facilitate successful sales transactions.
- Articulate the value of the experience to guests, highlighting both the experiential and monetary benefits.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the team to collectively achieve our weekly sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience or a natural flair for sales.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and fast learner.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable approaching and talking to people you have just met.
- And most importantly, being a great team player
