Black Fish Clothing is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Client Services Coordinator to join our growing team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Assisting customers in-store, by email, and over the phone
  • Providing excellent customer service and sales support
  • Placing, tracking, and managing orders
  • Receiving, organizing, and processing deliveries
  • Supporting production and performing general warehouse tasks as needed

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (no weekends or statutory holidays)

  • A highly organized, confident, and motivated individual who learns quickly
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Sales experience is an asset but not required — we're happy to train the right person
