**Sales & Marketing Coordinator**

The Adventure Group’s mission is to create spectacular experiences for people that lead to moments of personal growth. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator will work with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure first-rate planning and execution of The Adventure Group’s services. Working internally with all departments and externally with partners both Whistler based and international, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator will assist with the day to day operations of The Adventure Group, as it expands its portfolio of activities with a new summer product. This is a full time position based in Whistler, BC.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with updating product inventory and information on supplier extranets.
- Assist with responding to guest reviews
- Assist with the implementation of promotional campaigns.
- Assist with creation and production of photo and video assets.
- Assist with tracking marketing collateral distribution and constantly be seeking out new opportunities
- Setting up resellers - individually or company wide in Fareharbour
- Assist with tracking for reseller bookings and distribution of commission cheques
- Assist with Tradeshows and Events
- Assist with Product Knowledge seasons and update instructional/how to booklets for resellers when needed
- Support the referral program (incentives, encourage enrollment, track success, restock cards and brochures, etc.)
- The Adventure Group is proud to have a dynamic team who roll up their sleeves to get the work done. As such, this role may require helping out other team members and departments as needed.

Other specifics:

- 5 days a week in-resort
- 100% of time is spent between Whistler office, Customer F2F calls, and TAG basecamp
- 2 years of experience in tourism and hospitality
- Understanding and usage of social media programs
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
- Adobe Creative Suite knowledge an asset.
